My experience with Pioneer was exceptional. Scott showed up on time and exhibited great skill in installing our door. He was also able to work through unanticipated problems will skill and apparent ease. He was very engaging and highly respectful in his interactions. I would use this company for all of my garage door needs in the future. Can’t say enough good about working with Pioneer.

Brian was great to work with. My spring to my overhead garage door broke, locking my car in the garage. After calling Brian, he had his crew out within 24 hours and had it fix. I also had them replaced the springs on the other garage door and the weatherstripping at the same time. His crew were friendly and answer all my questions while they were here. I have been using Pioneer for years and have been very happy with them. When I need work on overhead doors I will call them again.

Pioneer Overhead were awesome! Very friendly and professional staff and very knowledgeable. Was looking for some garage door bolts and they had them. Would recommend 10/10!

I love this company. Super prompt service, very knowledgeable, and great customer service. Melvin was awesome! He adjusted and rebalanced my door so that it would open another inch so we could fit our new bigger car in our garage. I would definitely use these guys again; local and caring company.

The spring in our garage door broke, making it so our door would only open manually, and with the broken spring, it was very difficult to open the 2-car door. We had our cars out of the garage, so it wasn't an emergency, but they came the next day to resolve the issue. Their prices were fair, and the service was great. Our technician was respectful and courteous. When he finished he explained everything he had done, which was above and beyond. Not only is the spring fixed, but everything is working better than before, the garage door even opens and closes more quietly. We are very satisfied, I highly recommend.
