They came out the same day as we called. Our garage door had a weird setup without the springs. They were able to fix it, and did it at a good price! Will definitely use them if we ever need help again.

Pioneer did a fantastic job. We had a bid to fix our RV door for $1200. Pioneer said we just needed a new motor for a fraction of the cost! They also replaced our two front garages doors and service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

For three months my garage door remotes worked sporadically. Brian told me it could be caused by replacing the lights with LED lights could be the problem. He’s right!! Taking out the LEDs and replacing them with regular lights solved the problem. Thanks to Brian I will always contact Pioneer with garage door problems.

Amazing! I called at 7:30 am on a Friday morning. All service personnel were out on jobs. The owner came to my house and replaced my broken spring by 9:45 the same morning. Unbelievable to receive that amazing of service now days. I will use Pioneer door anytime I need future service. Thank you Pioneer for going above and beyond!

Duane and Brian at Pioneer Overhead Door are great to work with! We were able to customize our garage doors to perfectly match the Mountain Craftsman design of our home. Pricing was very competitive even after the customization. Installers were professional and arrived on the day and time scheduled.
