We got our new door installed and we are in love with it! It looks amazing and is such good quality!! We live in a windy area and the door used to shake everytime the wind blew and this door is a million times better! We also live how pretty the door is and how easy it was on installation day! They were so fast and very knowledgeable!

HANDS DOWN ONE OF OUR BEST PURCHASES We built this house in 2019 and noticed the garage door off the bat wasn’t good quality and over time the door began bending. Our house also could not control the heat/cold due to the temp of the garage, so our monthly air bills were rough. We called Pioneer and they had an insulated door in stock that we could use. Their technician was out the next morning, he was so great to work with. Installed it so fast, raised the motor so the garage wouldn’t go down farther than necessary and reinforced the door to ensure there would be NO bending. The insulated door is also lifesaving on our monthly heat/conditioning bill! The door looks beautiful, we’ve had so many compliments. We are extremely happy with Pioneer and could not recommend them enough.

Our garage keypad stopped working a couple of months ago and I wish I had called Pioneer sooner! They came within 12 hours of my phone call and had a new keypad installed that day. We also had a spring break on one of our garage doors several months ago and same thing, Pioneer responded within a day and had our door fixed! Their communication is amazing, their service is wonderful and we have found their pricing to be very fair. Highly recommend!

Connor was our tech. He gave us great service! We had our garage door serviced. They texted to remind me. And then gave me a "your tech is 10 minutes out" text. Pioneer is the best. Highly recommend.
